    I am currently leading and supervising simultaneously all financial and administrative matters for 2 large, multimillion dollars USAID funded programs.

    - Overseeing all finance related activities, such as financial resource management per PHS and donor guidelines, budget development and execution, expense projections and reporting, relationship with donor, partners, bankers and external and internal auditors;
    - Providing monthly budgeting and forecasting, burn rates, expense tracking, projections and variances, including those related to program partners;
    - Providing support to PHS’s Headquarters on spending projections; internal & donor required reports; risk identification and annual budgeting;
    - Compliance with all applicable organizational and USAID specific policies, systems and procedures;
    - Supervising, guiding and mentoring staff engaged in finance and administration activities within the program;
    - Supervision of all administration, HR and IT related activities, such as procurement, office administration, adherence to local laws, ensuring effective IT support in all program activities, maintenance of personal files and processing of all papers in line with PHS Employee Handbook and applicable policies and procedures in coordination with the Head Quarters’ office in Washington DC;

    - Management of the process of responding to complex and multimillion dollars tender opportunities, driving activities through all stages of the bid process from identifying potential prospects and developing strategies through to producing compelling bid response documentation.

    PDT encourages organizations operating in Haiti to adopt a Haiti First approach to procurement, through adopting a local procurement policy or through practice by engaging with local suppliers. The practice allows organizations to significantly increase their local impact in Haiti by sourcing more goods and services in-country, thereby creating jobs, increasing incomes, generating revenue and developing the
    Haitian marketplace.
    - Lead in-country implementation in accordance with workplan, proposal, contracts, budget, PDT and donor policies and procedures
    - Lead continuous improvement efforts to ensure activities are responsive to local context and emerging trends
    - Oversee needs assessments, evaluations, monitoring visits
    - Contribute to strategic planning and implement start up strategies
    - Provide guidance on substantive issues including: achieving results, private sector development, procurement, SME business development, market research and training
    - Represent PDT and coordinate appropriately with the Government of Haiti, international organizations, Haitian Chamber of Commerce, business associations, local businesses, international corporate entities and other partner organizations
