  Réalisations :
  - Gains de productivité de 15% suite à modification des techniques de remplissage.
  - Diminution des temps de changement de format suite à harmonisation des articles de conditionnement primaires utilisés.

  RUEIL MALMAISON 1999 - 2006 Position : Operational Manager of the Suppositories Unit :
  Production of 7 M boxes per year, 34 SKus for European and Rest of the world markets. Management of 15 persons. Handling of repackaging operations for the French market.
  
  Missions : Definition of production planning and adherence to the deadlines in respect with quality and security requirements. Management of deviations, modifications and operational handling of process validation (products transfers). Writing and approval of procedures, master batch records and technical documentation.
  
  Main Contributions * Contribution to setting up a process oriented organization (POO)
