  • Subsea 7 - Deputy Project Director

    SURESNES 2012 - 2016 Erha North Phase 2 (Exxon): EPCIC project including installation of new subsea structures and topside modification. Total weight up to 1,500 tons. It includes the engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, hook up and commissioning of the different facilities.
    Project operation successfully and safely completed by end of August 2015 and 1st oil in September 2015.
    Project close out including Final documentation completed by end of February 2016.

  • Subsea 7 - Construction Manager

    SURESNES 2009 - 2012 •Block 17 CLOV (TOTAL): Subsea7, FMC & Blue Water. Total of 2,7 Millions direct man-hours for a revenue greater than 200 MUSD and total weight up to 47,000 tons. It includes the construction of riser towers, suction piles, PLEMS/ILT, buoyancy tanks, double joints, pipe in pipes, jumpers, water arches, production manifolds, manifold support structure and offloading buoy.
    •Yard CAPEX: Follow up of new facility fabrication like pipe in pipe shop and upgrade of double joints fabrication shop to meet project KPI’s.
    •Block 31 PSVM (BP): HMC, MODEC & CAMERON. Total of 1,2 Million direct man-hours for a revenue greater than 100 MUSD and total weight up to 7,800 tons. It includes the fabrication of buoyancy tanks, ballast modules, production manifolds, manifold support structure, suction piles and pipe racks.
    •Yard Superintendent (2011): Taking the position of SONAMET yard Construction Superintendent in parallel of my projects.

  • Subsea 7 - Fabrication Engineer

    SURESNES 2005 - 2009 •Block 0 Mafumeira EPCI Project (Chevron): Fabrication of jacket, piles & topside. Total of 500,000 direct man-hours and a total weight up to 2,900 tons.
    •Block 18 Greater Plutonio Project (BP): Fabrication of an offloading buoy & its suction Piles. Total of 300,000 direct man-hours and a total weight up to 1,350 tons.
    •Block 0 Mafumeira EPCI Project (Chevron): Offshore Site representative during the 2 Installation campaigns of the jacket & the topside by Heerema vessels (Thialf and Hermod) (2 weeks mission).

  • Subsea 7 ; SAIPEM (Consultant) - Structural Engineer

    2002 - 2005 •Greater Plutonio URF (BP): FTA/ILT design.
    •ERHA FPSO (Exxon Mobile): Pipe racks design & Flare design.
    •YOHO Top Side and Jacket (Exxon Mobile): 14,000 tons Topside design calculation.
