DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.
- Serve as specialist in human resources issues, counseling management and employees on policy and procedures..
- Resolve discrepancies with carriers, payroll and the company.
- Complete reports for management as requested.
- Coordinate separation of employees including conducting exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation
- Leave of Absence management including HRIS tracking.
- Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Human Resources Director
