SECURITY:
- To raise awareness among prevention of labor risks
- To take part in the implantation of a safety culture
- To execute the safety investigations
MANAGEMENT TEAM:
- To manage the daily activities of the team, from 60 up to 120 persons depending on the season (from 100t up to 300t produced weekly)
- To identify and to promote the competences: plan of formation for each one to assure the development of the team and the good functioning of the workshop all the year
- To assure the team development: annual interview to evaluate the accomplishment of the objectives and fix new objectives
- To plan and organize the tasks of the team
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
- To lead the productivity by Short Interval Management: increase the efficiency (OE) of 5%, reduce the loss of materials
- To take part in projects of continuous improvement: creating the time stamped for the manufacture workshop, SMED, 5S
