- Spot Quote Manager (USA / Mexique)
2018 - 2019
- Developed the Spot Quote team of TOC Logistics over 1 year and a half. More than 24 employees on boarded and trained in the United States and Mexico. Regular travel to Mexico site (bi-monthly).
- Interviewed, trained, coached & managed the spot quote team and other team cross department.
- Performed over 40 interviews of potential hires over both sites.
- Negotiated rates and procurement with our 3PLs (Freight forwarders, trucking companies, agencies and brokers) globally in 24/7 international operations.
- Worked on bids & Analysis for Top Customers and develop some Air Freight lanes and business.
- Handled quotations Air, LCL, FCL, Parcels, Air charters and Hand carries for our customers
