• Teradata Applications - Senior Campaign Manager

  2009 - maintenant In charge with the team day-to-day responsibilities, including holding team meetings, recruiting both, interns and full timers, processes, workload and Q&A on various queries by the team. I also manage team KPI, objectives, reports and ressources.
  As well as being responsible for planning, identifying and delegating workload across the team along side working on assigned clients accounts.
  I coordinate and optimise email production by using email-marketing tool DMC a Content Management System. I also manage the Email Marketing campaign for various clients like Louvre Museum, ProbikeShop, Gerard Darel, DIM, Citroën SA.
  I am also responsible in segmenting and preparing client data, as well as preparing campaign creative (html/text) for render testing, Spam-test and deployment. I subsequently have to ensure statistics after sending has been carried out. Then I Look at client campaigns and give strategic recommendations and improve and create processes for clients to help with the management of accounts. My role required working closely with PM, AM, KAM, and clients services teams providing support in the pitching process. I’m able to draw upon my Design and Web Developer knowledge, which give me a strong attention to the detail and ability to multi-task.

• INERIS - Junior Project Manager

  Verneuil-en-Halatte 2008 - 2009 During the over one year working for INERIS FORMATION, As part of my studies in Multimedia, I am involved in the specification, implementing and maintenance of an Intranet for their training brand communication.
  On IT departement advice, my manager and I decided to use Drupal CMS (Content Management Systems) for ease information management and modifications. Then, I learned to use in self-taught, by enrolling in forums.
  Reporting directly to my Manager, I also conducted surveys for potential users on interactivity, ergonomics needs and set up meetings validations / corrections and debug.
  I subsequently trained INERIS subsidiary training staff in the use of this platform.
  

• Orange France - IT Support / Trainer Assistant

  2006 - 2008 As part of my studies, based on Networks & Communication Services and thanks to others training I’ve had into the company, I helped to troubleshoot Internet ADSL connexion for Orange Internet customers.
  I was also able to Analyze clients needs, diagnosing requests for assistance and troubleshooting, and carry out online and Internet access tests.
  
  Thereby, my main role was to provide support and monitoring reports in tracking tools of Orange customers, during the operational phase of their services, respecting deadlines and quality of service expected by the customer.
  
  Besides IT support, I was responsible by Training Officer, for coordinating internal training as an assistant, on the evolution of software and processes used to IT support.
