    Responsible of the creation and implementation from scratch of the ind purchasing policy, process and guidelines including training of the internal customers.
    HR management of a team of 5 buyers.
    Personaly involved on the whole scope of indirect purchasing activities for BPCE SAS (France) and GmbH (Germany). (Worldwide Sourcing, Launching of RFQ, Negotiations, Nominations, Framework contracts, Legal aspect management, Issuing the purchase orders...)

    Convincing Achievements :
    Turnover: around 150 M€.
    Negotiation on commodities such as test field equipment, production assembly lines, ERP, IT HW, IT SW (licenses), external test, consultancy, external capacity, advertising, maintenance, General management, construction…
    Release of more than 3000 purchase orders and setting up framework contracts with the main suppliers.
    Ordering time reduced to the best.
    Elaboration of the KPI’s Cockpit related to the scope of indirect purchasing dept (Turnover, Purchase request on progress, P.O. issued, Discount reached, ordering time...)
    Reporting to the top management on a monthly basis.

    Managing of a 10 buyers team. (Recruitment, Human Resources management.)
    In charge of 7 industrial sites (including Sochaux and Mulhouse).
    Development and optimization of the supplier’s portfolio (sourcing, removing…)on a worldwide approach.
    Issuing Purchase Orders on time, performing negotiations and setting up the framework contracts for repetitive needs, external resources and general management.

    Main responsibilities:
    Definition of the bidder list related to the purchased scope of components. (Body parts, doors equipment, sealing systems, glazing, windshield wipers…)
    Definition of the cost targets and assignment to the relevant key account buyers.
    Active attending on the negotiations.
    Member of the sourcing committee.
    Responsible of the cost through the change management process (on Vendor tooling, prototype and serial parts).
    In charge of the supplier’s industrial timeline.
    Cost-killer on the critical parts and process, member of the “design to cost” sessions.
    Quality Audit and supplier’s ramp up evaluation on site.

    Respect of the industrial schedule and financial targets reached.
