  Mission at the headquarter DSM Composite Resins in Schaffhausen (CH). Work within an international purchasing team which is responsible for a portfolio of 220 Mio Euros (chemicals and oil derivatives).
  
  Responsabilities
  - Responsible for a portfolio above 100 Mio € (styrene, benzene, phthalic anhydride, brominated products, orthoxylene, THPA, Fumaric Acid...)
  - Set up Purchasing marketing plan for key raw materials to define the purchasing strategy (styrene, phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, glycols, ethylene, benzene, propylene, dcpd, orthoxylene…)
  - Negotiation and contract management
  - Responsible for raw materials forecasting (benzene, styrene, orthoxylene)
  - Implementation of Ebusiness (B2B, VMI) and Esourcing tools (Emptoris)
  - Performance measurement of the purchasing department
  - Responsible for the Low Cost Country project (sourcing project)
  - Member of the DSM Purchasing Petrochemical Team (9 members within DSM worldwide)
