    Suresnes 2010 - maintenant Senior Project Manager
    Define and share the objectives of the project with all the members of the project team and formalise the project in co-operation with the team. Steer execution of the project (control panels, corrective action, report, etc.). Develop an atmosphere of trust within the team and favouring the personal development of individual members. Lead all the meetings necessary for execution of the project in a participatory and structured way. Report to the decision-making bodies (functional manager, product committee, etc.) for validation of the options proposed by the project team. Anticipate and negotiate the resource requirements of the project with the managers of the departments concerned.
    My major realizations :
     03.2011-12.2013 : Large Architecture Creation and development of Senseo Latte Duo project with breakthrough pre-development of 2-cappucinnos at one touch of button. Successful innovation due to optimized technical platform, new design, complex industrialization due to interaction with pre-development technology, higher expectation in terms of product quality radiation and desirability, tough cost price target, global supply chain (tool maker in china, Poland, Portugal and Italy), and challenging team dynamics.
     10.2010 - 12.2012 : Step up in innovation content with project Cappuccino maker, with dedicated bigger team, key challenge in major cost down versus predecessor Latte Select, close and great collaboration with marketing and supply chain until project closure;
     04.2010 – 06.2011 : Full development for implementation of a Strength Select feature in the face-lifted Snake design, as replacement of current Mid-End Viva Café model
     02.2010 - 03.2011 : End phase of Senseo viva café – major project with volume of 1million of piece per year, I take over the project after Industrial release, safeguard until project end.
  • Groupe SEB MOULINEX - Outsourced Products Project Leader

    2005 - 2010 Outsourced Products Project Leader (located in Caen and in relation with Seb Asia at Hong Kong, China), for manual or fully automatic espresso, pod and drip coffee machines at Caen (France)
    Lead a multitude of multidisciplinary projects from identification of needs, through pre-development, development, industrialization with suppliers, to market introduction and closure.
  • Groupe SEB MOULINEX - Quality Manager for both production sites located in Mayenne and Villaines (France)

    1999 - 2004 Manage all quality activities on both production sites. Pilot the quality all along the development process. Control and develop production system, with autonomous production group and tools like 5S, Kaizen, ... and expand it to monitoring departments.
