Project team management (30 engineers) to define the commitment for the vehicle performances including all innovations. It also includes the technical development in compliance with the economic constrains.
Responsible for the vehicle planning including resources management and deliverables of each car performance development by the design office. One major role is to arbitrate between performances requirements contradictions in accordance with the quality and cost constrains of the project.
Then the project leader is also managing the validation plan for the whole vehicle in order to make sure that the check of each performance is exhaustive and consistent with the project planning and budget.

Project manager of ADAS (Automated Data Analysis System) since Sept 2007
The purpose is to transpose all the data analysis and the OBD previously done on the embedded ECU into the garage using the new MES vTAG system and connect it to all performance and monitoring systems used in the team.
Definition of the requirements including planning and resources. Development of the tool and the algorithm, validation at the factory and on the track. Management of the development team and interaction with other departments such as IS / IT and track engineers.

In charge of developing the entire chassis OBD including control system degraded mode of the F1 car.
FMEA study of all chassis applications such as gearbox (normal and seamless) and clutch control, anti blocking system, Traction Control and start system.
Development of a centralized OBD including standard signal check and advanced model based diagnosis algorithm. It also includes a sensor substitution algorithm and the degraded modes of some systems to keep a high level of performance in case of failure.
SIL and HIL Validation then track support to optimize the performance of the system.
