    Capex, engineering process and building, qualification and validation, utiliies, building and facilities, maintenance are my main responsabilities.

    2013 - 2015 : My Goal was to reinforce a site leadership team, to impulse a change into the management, to project in high level customers technical transfers and transform a site to excellence in Quality (Eu-FDA, Anvisa,JP).
    * My achievements:
    -As site engineering lead, I have driven a complete new aseptic suite building for a plastic syringe vaccine (350m² - 14M EUR - single use technology)
    -EHS results: site went from 1 accident/month to 1/year, within a year
    -Technical lead within BD team to develop solution to customer project, re-design visual inspection for FDA compliance
    * My learning:
    ``Don't dilute my values'': CMO must find a path within capacity/quality/revenue and customer satisfaction.

    2009 - 2012 Global Technical Operation Director: More importantly was the team integration from former SP and Merck. Part of a Global Technical Leadership team, 23 sites were permanently supported. 2 French sites, was under my direct management. Introduce Quality, Methods & Technology to save time, brings simplicity and clarity.
    * My achievements:
    -Technical Capabilities and Site Validation Plan for 23 sites (EU-APAC)
    -Implementation of Sterile Standards (Quality and Technical standards-50 standards within 300days)
    -Local Lead and global support for a High Performing Organization introduction and success
    -SME in Visual Inspection, Media Challenge, Sterile filtration for the network sterile Merck sites
    -Implementation of the Maintenance Excellence Program (MDT, MTBF, OEE... KPIs)
    * My learning:

    -Validation Services management without any critical findings within 5 years
    -Training Services management with implementation of curriculum and OJT approaches.

    I have learned management, my first steps within a leadership team and positively experimented the cross functional work
