Responsibilities

Group members, R&D teams, Technical Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Other research and business groups, SHE, HR, Engineering, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Members of the research community, Peers in group, organization and affiliated organizations and businesses, Customers , External partners and consultants

Experience, Skills and Abilities
• High-level of technical expertise in Aquaculture and Marine Sciences and use of feed additives (feed enzymes, probiotics, betaine, …)
• Track record for developing hypothesis, understanding broadly defined problems and developing novel solutions
• Experience in the designing, conducting, interpreting and reporting of R&D processes, studies or experiments.
• Experience in preparing scientific publications and presentations in the area of expertise.
• Experience with appropriate tools, techniques, equipment, etc.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good computer and statistical evaluation skills (Office, JMP, SPAD,…)
• Good project management skills
• Understanding of business and market opportunities
• Understanding of competitive technologies and products
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for dossier registration

“Use of Probiotic lactic acid bacteria for the improvement of aquaculture farming, and development of alternative against Antibiotics used as a prophylaxis”

• Study of the physiology of the marine organisms: molluscs (scallop, oyster), crustacean (shrimps, brine shrimps) and fish (sea bass)
• Optimisation of rearing conditions by Probiotic / Substitution of the Antibiotic use
• Feed Formulation
• Works with many students and many internationals collaborations based on professionals and research teams (Universities, Research Centres.)
