Whatever the area in which I work, I'm always customer & results oriented. I'm involved in EHS, quality, ISO 9001 and Lean Six Sigma. Communication is really important for doing my job, it helps me to progress and to apply continuous improvement in EHS and also in quality. Training & staff implication are the best way to maintain a high level of safety and quality within my department. "Always go ahead" is my leitmotiv.
