    Boulogne-Billancourt 2010 - maintenant Lead a 43-members organization dispersed among 4 international locations, driving the development and services delivery optimization of the global indirect procurement systems support, serving more than 23K users across 50 countries.

    • Led the successful launch and on-going expansion of 2 new shared services support centres, serving Europe and China / Australia, respectively, and progressively develop this organization by integrating other support teams to propose a four delivery centres, value-added support network
    • Negotiated the outsourcing contract and transferred the operational support activities to a services provider in the South San Francisco delivery centre.
    • Defined the 3-5 years strategic vision for this global support organization.
  • Roche - Global Procurement Systems Manager

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2007 - 2009 Global Procurement Systems Manager (2007-2009)
    Recruited to manage the implementation of a Global Contract Management solution (Ariba Contract Workbench), I orchestrated the complete project lifecycle. I was also leading a project team through the comprehensive assessment and recommendation of potential future procurement systems to support the long-term strategic procurement systems roadmap.

    • Achieved successful project completion on time, and high-level recognition for successful navigation within a new corporate environment.
    • Paved the way for improved rationalization and harmonization of global procurement contracts via effective change management strategies that ensured widespread adherence for the new system.
    • Delivered robust analysis and recommended solutions to the Program Steering Committee, following the evaluation of 5 procurement system concepts encompassing Supplier Portal, Internal/End users Portal, Supplier Performances Management, 360° Supplier view and Category Management
  • Philips - Procurement Transformation Manager

    Suresnes 2004 - 2007 Appointed to support the implementation of the new Philips Global Indirect Procurement model in France, Italy, and Spain. I have provided guidelines, expertise, coaching, support to the project teams, across 20 rollouts, for the integration of newly centralized sourcing teams, the European Shared Services Centre, and the SAP SRM procurement system implementation.

    • Ensured the complete success of this 2-year transitional plan, anticipating and proactively resolving internal resistance by championing strong communication and relationship building between the new shared services centre and each site.
    • Maintained strong, on-the-ground program adherence by leveraging considerable improvements visible on procurement metrics, such as increased cost savings, efficiency improvements, contracts coverage and contracts compliance and regularly presented performance results to each site’s General Manager, via Business Review Meetings.
    • Capitalized on the new program’s success to expand service offerings with a streamlined and common vendor creation process and the pilot of a procurement card process at the Philips France headquarter.
  • Philips - Head of Procurement & Facilities

    Suresnes 2002 - 2004 Led a 41-members Procurement and Facilities Management department. Continually aligned local procurement policies with global procurement strategies. Additionally oversaw the facilities management function for this 13K-square-meter property and sat on the site Steering Committee.

    • Guided the local buyers team negotiating local contracts (Facilities Mgt, G&A, IT).
    • Significantly simplified the procurement process for some G&A commodities with the launch of an innovative “eCatalog” solution directly connecting end users with suppliers and eliminating numerous purchasing processes and approval phases.
    • Appointed to lead the pilot of the Shared Services Centres concept, leading the Caen operational procurement team to serve as a Shared Services Centre for 4 semiconductor sites in France.
    • Member of a strategic taskforce to define the requirements, the specifications for building a brand new and more attractive campus, in the Caen area, to locate international business units, development organizations and support functions.
    • Successfully established Leadership credibility as Head of Procurement & Facilities despite the appointment to this senior-level position at a young age by empowering experienced team leaders as core contributors to the decision making process.
