2007 - maintenantMAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
Ensures that the customer AQP methodology and requirements are fulfilled, throughout the project (from business acquisition to start of production) in compliance with Autoneum development process.
Activities
• Ensure the achievement of product and process qualifications with the customer (Toyota, Volvo, PSA, Honda, Nissan).
• Ensures that the quality development tools are adequately planned and developed (functional analysis, special characteristics, design FMEA, design verification plan, process FMEA, control plan) so as to ensure the quality of product realization.
• Ensures the strict implementation of the standards defined in the Autoneum Product Quality Assurance approach during all Autoneum development process.
• Defines the Autoneum Quality commitments during the business acquisition phase, and monitors the implementation of the relevant action plans.
• Participates in the reviews of all customer specifications.
• Participates in periodic meetings with customer quality personnel (cubing, tolerance reviews, customer complaints, etc.) during all development phases.
• Validates initial gauges and control fixtures specifications, and acceptance.
• Defines the product acceptance and rejection criteria, and controls all master samples.
• Manages the development of Prototype, Pre-Launch and Production Control Plans.
• Ensures preparation of Prototype, Pre-launch and Production APQP documents.
• Ensures that all PPAP documents are correct, up-to-date and controlled.
• Ensures in time delivery of supporting documentation for sample parts deliveries to the customer, as required by the relevant customer approach (ex : PPAP level 1 to 5).
• Ensures the correct testing and measuring of all sample parts.
• Manages the creation of all required sample reports (PSW), for all PPAP phases.
• Participates in the approval process for full production validation.
• Provides the relevant quality deliverables data to the customer.
• Ensures that all material declaration are delivered to customer via relevant systems (IMDS,
MACSI,…)"

• Conducts meetings for quality related issues and APQP status reviews.

Internal: DEC, Program Management, CBU, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics
External: Customers (Toyota, Volvo, PSA, Honda, Nissan).
