My 25 years of experience have allowed me to exercise my ability to adapt to different environments, technical, organizational, management and business development. I have held various positions in various sectors of activity, always with a strong professional commitment that allowed me to achieve my goals.
I started my career with different positions of technical engineer (after sales and pre-sales), then my multiple skills and my professional involvement have given me access to more responsibilities (Engagement manager and Client manager). I learned, among other things, a sense of commitment, all aspects of the establishment and management of contract.
Being seasoned on the operational part, I wished oriented my career to people management skills, and then I have been able to manage a business unit where I have exercised strategy of business development.
After several years in senior positions in international groups, where I could apply my various competencies, it seemed logical to me to continue my career development by creating my own company.
During the last 2 years, I’ve been in charge of my company which allowed me to gain a complete view of the business management (definition and implementation of a business strategy, Go to Market model, business development, financial and operational management, suppliers management, ...).
