Experienced IT with strong background in IT Infrastructure, outsourcing and Projects. I am currently Supplier Service management leader of Alstom IT Shared Service Centre for Data centre Offices ,member of the contract Governance, leading the delivery of all Data center infrastructure projects made by our providers in 90+ countries delivering to the Alstom business.
Since October 2012 , more than 500 projects realized with success ( > 900 project requests) with an average of 130 active projects per month. Always focused on delivery and budget to guarantee business satisfaction.

    Saint Ouen 2016 - maintenant Manage the execution of the Migration of all Alstom sites in the new IT Eco-System.
    After the separation between Alstom and GE in November 2015. Alstom IS&T is rebuilding is IT from Scratch (New strategy / New data center - new central infrastructure - ...) and need to re integrate all the business sites ( >300) around the world to be connected to this new IT.
    Site migration is one of the most challenging project involving different partners .
    - Global End User computing Migration : around 30 000 users to move to the new Alstom IT.
    - LAN Takeover from Old GE IT to Alstom Partner > 300 sites
    - Local data room Take Over to New data Center infrastructure management team > 100 LDR.
    - WIFI takeover > 300 Sites
    - WAN Migration > 300 Sites
    - Including Data separation between Alstom and GE in all countries when necessary.
    - Including Business Critical application assessment for the takeover.
    - Deploying regional and local infrastructure ( DC and RODC / Big Fix / ...).
    - Coordination of all team and partners executing activities in parallel
    - Managing Project leaders and project managers
    - Delivery followings and reporting
    - Preparation of the handover to ALSTOM IT operations.
