  • Volvo IT Services - IT On Site Manager - France North Area

    2014 - maintenant A new job in the new Volvo IT Services organisation !
    In the new EOS (End-User and On-Site Services) organisation , my missions are :
    - Managing a 12 people team located on 5 sites in France and covering 8 sites, mainly dedicated to Renault-Trucks Defense factories and offices. Our role is to supply to local IT demand (fleet management, printing, network, applications) in accordance with the group IT Governance and requirements.

    - Being the IT representative for local stakeholders concerning IT Quality and demand Management (Plant managers, HR)

  • Volvo IT - Service Delivery Manager

    Saint Priest 2010 - 2014 Since end of 2010, I'm leading the maintenance activities of the Supply Chain (Internal WMS & TMS) and controlling applications used by the Volvo Group factories in France.
    I manage a >2m€ budget and lead a 12 FTE very skilled team :-) , composed of 20 people in France and India.

  • Volvo IT - Team Leader Application Operation

    Saint Priest 2007 - 2010 From January 2007 to May 2009 : setting up the Application Operation "STO" team, wich is responsible of application integration of all marketing and sales applications (Brand website, CRM tools..) for the Renault-trucks Brand. I set up work method and procedure and then lead the team work with internal resources and contractors. I was responsible of the integration and infrastructure part of the applications towards Maintenance managers and account managers.
    From May 2009 to November 2010, I took an enlarge team leader role , integrating "OTD" team , wich was dealing with manufacturing and supply chain applications for the Volvo factories in France.

  • Volvo IT - Integration and Operation Engineer

    Saint Priest 2005 - 2006 During these 2 years, i was in charge of application integration for :
    - CAE applications (fluid / crash ...) used by truck Engineering teams. Mainly Unix/linux HPC environment, needing Shell script skills and good unix knowledge.
    - Manufacturing applications based on Windows applications developed by Volvo IT teams. These applications are used for the Volvo engine factory in France. This was a exciting journey, working with Swedish colleagues and also with a lot of pressure regarding the availability of the solution.

  • Solutec - Software Integration engineer

    Villeurbanne 2003 - 2004 Intégration engeneer on :
    - CAE Application for Volvo (HPC UNIX / Linux)
    - Manufacturing application for Volvo Engine Plant in Venissieux.

    it was a great technical exprience with lot of pressure and international collaboration !
