- Remittance advice project: This product aims at sending remittance advices to the corporates'
suppliers in 8 languages, fax, e-mail or regular paper mail. I had to specify evolutions asked by
marketing department, test them and do non-regression testing before each release (once a month).
Amongst other tasks, I had to deal with production environment monitoring, coordinate IT teams and
organize project committees.
- Closed list of beneficiary project: This service is proposed to the largest corporates to help them
managing their beneficiary accounts authorisations for payments. I joined the project to reinforce the
testing team. I did the testing coordination and prepared testing files (XML, CFONB and MT101
formats, for domestic, SEPA, international and treasury payments)

I was in charge of writing functional specifications, to test (Users acceptance testing) an Identity and
access management intranet solution. I was also responsible of non-regression testing. One other

Cela passe également par l'assistance utilisateurs, la rédaction de fiches méthodologiques pour aider les équipes à suivre les processus définis pour la saisie et les calculs sur les données, ainsi que des tests des livraisons des mises à jour ou de non-regression en cas de corrections apportées à l'outil.

Risk and control self assessement deployement, it aimed at defining the exposure level of each IT
departement linked directly to a business line at SGCIB. To perform this assessement we had to send
multiple choices questions to every project manager in IT department (500 persons) and application
owners (100 persons). Those questions were on an intranet page allowing a system to mesure every
exposure level according to COBIT and ITIL referential criteria.
