I started my career as a developer in service companies where I learned to work efficiently and with great respect of customer’s requirement.
As I enjoyed it and there was a real lack of competencies, I got very quickly skilled on database management (mostly Oracle) and others IT tools.
I spend 15 years working for different customers in French ESN (Team-partners, GFI, Othrys ) and got a few experiences as internal employee of companies (3 years at Apave and 1 at Eurofins int.).
These experiences lead me from technical management to team coordination, project management and lastly team lead in international context. The DBA team in Eurofins was spread on 4 countries (France, India, Costa Rica and US).
My strong points are, in addition to my technical skills, my dynamism and my involvement. Having a high experience in the IT, I can help driving activities such as project, technical design, process management, capacity planning and so on. As a driving force in my teams, I adapt quickly and know how to establish a relationship of trust with my clients and colleagues.
On a personal level, I made a year-long trip around the world with my family. Beyond the pleasant character, this experience has enriched me on a personal level and has developed skills that fit perfectly into my professional action.
