* Management of sales through our network of subsidiaries in Europe (UK, BNL, GER, Nordics, PL, HU, RO, AT, CH, IT, SP, PT, RU).
* Management of sales through a distributor's network in other countries of Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific (through our Singapur office).
* In charge of the sales strategy all over Europe,MEA, APAC.
* In charge of the HR strategy - direct and un-direct management of over 70 people.
* Brand development : PHILIPS, SKULLCANDY, CROSSCALL, XSORIES among others.
Country Manager Spain & Portugal.
* Management of 11 people. 4.5M€ turnover. Constant growth of the TO since 2009 (16% forecast for 2016)
* Full management of the company’s P&L – optimization of the structure of the company
* Sales (direct and through distributors): all XGEM products in retail distribution: Consumer Electronics and Core
* Coordinated relations between Ibérica business unit and HQ – global reporting of the company
