  • BNP Paribas - Head of e-banking solutions for Trade finance - Asia Pac.

    Paris 2011 - maintenant o Responsible for all B2B systems for Trade finance in APAC: global front-office systems, B2B solutions with major clients, integration of SWIFTNet channel
    o Manage an ambitious program to new a global Supply Chain financing platform in Asia, composed of:
    - A front office web application accessed by both buyers & suppliers
    - A host-to-host solution based on Tibco to enable integration with the ERPs of our clients (invoice data)
    - A back-office system for the processing of the deals flowing from the front-office or from the H2H
    o Build teams in Hong Kong, Singapore and India to develop, roll-out and support this new global platform as well as the development of new e-banking or B2B initiatives
    o Manage contracts and relationship with vendors (fixed-priced contracts of S$ 5 mio)
    o Support customer on-boarding and country roll-out, including registration of the new platform to regulators in the APAC region (HKMA, BNM, MAS, etc.)

    o Overall effort: 25,000 m/d over 2 years

  • BNP Paribas - Team leader

    Paris 2003 - 2010 Manage teams of 12 engineers and project managers responsible for the building, deployment and support of applications in the field of Trade finance.

    Responsible for the industrialization of the trade finance activity in BNP Paribas group (offshoring of development in India, outsourcing of back-office activity in India) from an IT angle.

    Heavily involved in the deployment of CMMi certification level 2 and 3 since 2004.

  • Capgemini - Consultant

    SURESNES 2001 - 2003 Lead developer of Siebel-based solutions in major projects:
    - Groupama (22 months): development of a CRM solution to support Groupama's new banking activity as well as its current insurance business
    - Thompson Multimedia (8 months): deployment of the new Siebel sales force application in Germany and development of interfaces with SAP

  • Allianz - IT coordinator for Asia region

    Puteaux 1997 - 2000 Coordinated IT project and conducted studies across the Asia region:
    - Analysis of target's information systems in the scope of due diligences
    - Study of new technologies in order to fulfil new business needs (point-of-sales applications, workflow systems, data mining technologies)
    - Migration of systems, deployment of new applications
    - Benchmark of life insurance packages (for Korea market)
    - Counselling to CEOs on IT issues

    Major project: Migration of First Life’s information system in S. Korea following its acquisition by Allianz group (Revenue 1,4 Bil. USD). Size of the project: 20 M USD
