Durant 9 années au sein d'une PME bretonne, j'ai évoluer sur différents métiers (chef de secteur 1.5 an, directeur commercial 4 ans). J'exerce aujourd'hui la fonction de chef de projet depuis 3.5 ans. Véritable bras droit du DG, mes efforts sont orientés vers la recherche de rentabilité.

Aujourd'hui, basé sur France à proximité de Genève, je recherche un poste en Suisse (canton de Genève ou Canton de Vaud) ou je pourrais mettre mon expertise au service d'une autre entreprise.

    [5 M EUR turnover, 30 staff]
    - Costs reduction and profit margin increase through organizational changes
    Sales administration and Supply Chain department: Rationalized and streamlined the department
    structure through process re-design, optimized ways of working and increased use of IT (EDI, automated
    process). Recruited and trained a department manager.
    Financial: Restructured the management control framework. Set up improved financial analysis tools to
    support decision making and bank loans re-negotiation. Consolidated 1.7M EUR credit lines over two years.
    Production: Production line improvements. Implemented computer aided production systems to monitor
    product traceability, stocks and expedition over 2 years.
    Sales and Marketing: Identified and developed new market positions: new products launched from
    market analysis to technical studies. Export strategy implementation: Opened businesses in 10 new
    countries (EU, Asia) with high profitability margins (circa 25% higher than traditional markets). Launched
    the wine trading activity (Grands Crus) (margin 110%).
