Prior to joining EXA Partners, I worked with the Boston Consulting Group as a Strategy Consultant

I joined BCG as a consultant after an MBA at INSEAD (2005)
Within BCG I have worked mainly on strategy/corporate development projects (growth opportunities, new ventures, partner selection) for telecom, utilities and industry clients

Prior to the MBA, I was a Senior Consultant with Capgemini specialized in IT strategy where I first managed software integration projects and then became a technology consultant working on improving/industrializing internal capabilities, developing offerings and marketing those offerings to clients

    • Assessed industrial power market attractiveness for a heavy industrial equipment manufacturer and identified growth opportunities
    • Elaborated strategic and business plan on renewable energies for a major European power utility
    • Developed strategic plan and operating model (org. and incentives) of new activities for a major European telecom operator

    • Screened potential partners to develop energy efficiency offering for a major European power utility
    • Analyzed growth opportunities, identified and contacted potential partners for the roll-out of virtual mobile operators in several European markets for a major Asian telecom operator
    • Developed valuation, equity and company structure, prepared negotiation and term sheet of a 3 party JV to launch a virtual mobile operator in a European market

    • Conducted Post-Merger Integration between two major software companies : developed a common go-to-market plan (pricing, coverage model, compensation, organization) leading to significant revenue synergies
    • Assisted a French administration with a decentralization project focusing on cost synergies generation
