Engineer in chemistry, I have a specialization in fine organic chemistry.
I joined Bayer Consumer Care AG as a Global QA Manager in 2011. Since this date, I am providing functional support to all Bayer Consumer Care manufacturing sites and act as a divisional QA manager.
I am in charge of APIs and Strategic Raw Materials for Europe. My main duty is the assessment of existing and new suppliers through external audits conducted according to the relevant references (ICH Q7, CFR 21 part 210, IPEC, ISO 9001 & 22000, ..). I am dealing with APIs, excipients, food ingredients (nutrients, additives) and cosmetic key ingredients. I am involved in new product development and several taskforces as QA representative.
Previously I worked 8.5 years for NicOx, a small biotech located in south east of France. I was responsible for the chemical development of new APIs.
My first position was in Paris where I worked 3 years for a consulting company specialized in patent databases related to chemicals, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
