Managing a service delivery call center located in France divided between experimented call qualifiers on all Agilent products and work load administrators delivering through service channels selection and scheduling, customers services (Preventive maintenance, Repairs on site, Instrument exchanges, Installations and Familiarizations). Working in collaboration with a team of 4 district managers ensuring support services delivery on French territories.
Transactionnal sales management with international third party team located in Spain (consumables and per incident quotations). Working with sales BTM's (Business Trade Managers) to manage timely delivery of post sales activities.
