    -Based on Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, the market standards and the local regulations, define the User Requirements Specifications and the TPM characteristics of the new dry process line.

    -Manage the electrical and automation (E&A) budget and carry out detailed cost and progress checks for all allocated projects.

    - Definition of planning in collaboration with the project team from the specification to the handover.

    -Redaction of the technical MES E&A standards.

    -Select and qualify contractors and coordinate their activities and their collaboration with internal and externals suppliers

    -Supervising the design of the electrical cabinet to fulfil all the process requirements in term of efficiency and safety

    -Execute the OTS Project (Operator Training Simulator) to train the operational team and qualify the process.

    -Organise and coordinate the commissioning, FAT’s and start-up and support the local team to ensure a smooth transition to operations

    -Redaction and execution of the tests protocols to validate the dry process.

    -Validation of the new process according CE and local regulation.

    -Compile technical project documentations

    -Project management: Definition of URS, FS, SDS with various international companies for MES, automation, reporting system, network architecture, based on the Globe recommendation. Commissioning and startup of the line.
    -Implementation of a full MES solution with the new Nestlé MES library 2.2, quality module, MES portal, Factelligence DB
    -FDA validation of the MES solution: Based on the V model, realization of OQ and IQ protocols, testing, and closure of all deviations points
