    After I had worked the summers of 2003, 2004 and 2005 in a day center
    facility with children under 12, I accepted a permanent position in an
    interim child placement service offered by my executive manager to look
    after a group of 16 teenagers aged from 12 to 16 years with many different
    profiles and pathologies.

    The purpose of this service was to prepare adolescents to integrate into an
    appropriate program suited to their needs and capabilities. This required
    complete care and full support; monitoring of school or sports activities,
    management of violent behavior in everyday life, performing many
    collective and individual activities to reintegrate them into a standard
    social lifestyle.
