Today I am managing Houzz France. Houzz is the world's leading online platform for home design and renovation with more than 25m unique monthly users and 500K registered local home professionals.

Recently, Houzz has raised $165million from some of the top venture capital firms, including Sequoia Capital, NEA, GGV and KPCB.

Previously, I spent 4 years at Criteo as Global Marketing & Communication Director up to Criteo's successful listing on Nasdaq in October 2013.

Criteo was the fastest growing company in Europe in 2012 with 200,000% of growth over 5 years according to Deloitte, offering an unmatchable level of performance to 6,500 leading ecommerce advertisers around the world.

I started my career at Bouygues Telecom as Strategic Marketing Manager from 1998 to 2000 where I designed the first offers of mobile data and applications made possible with the arrival of the 3G.

From 2001 onwards, I was in charge of the business development of mobile services and mobile advertising at AOL France and Europe, launching successfully a galaxy of services and mobile apps such as mobile messengers (AIM).

After spending 5 years at AOL, I then held the position of Director of Sales for Southern Europe of Buongiorno (today a NTT DOCOMO division), generating yearly +10M$ of advertising and premium revenues with the help of a team of +15 sales and marketers.

I am equally the co-founder of Hurrycam. Hurrycam was an innovative ad-technology allowing audio and video to be natively handled in all search engines, offering strong SEO benefits and in-video search to retailers and video platforms. I took over as head of the company in 2008, before joining Criteo as Marketing Director for France. I became Global Marketing Director in June 2012.

    PARIS 2011 - 2014 Since 2010, my team’s role is to define and implement the corporate, marketing, sales and public relations efforts to support Criteo’s stories to brands, Tier 1 and MMS retailers, publishers and consumers.

    Working in synergies with the BD, Sales and Product teams to provide sales enablement, thought leadership, company profile rising, and generate leads.

    Hurrycam was an innovative ad-technology allowing audio and video to be natively handled in all search engines lead by experts from Kelkoo, Yahoo, AOL.

    Hurrycam generated a high value content through a unique technology of audio-indexing, offering to video platforms, brands and retailers concrete benefits in terms of SEO, on-site search, in-video search and even in-video browsing on performance based business model.

    Inspiration: GAudi, short for Google Audio Indexing, was a Google Labs project that let you search through videos by analyzing the audio content with speech to text technology.

    Hurrycam was sold in 2010.

    Paris 2006 - 2008 Leading the B2B activities based on mobile advertising and premium revenues from telcos’ app stores.
    Defining the overall demand generation strategy and go-to-market plan to meet qualified lead, pipeline, and revenue goals.
    Managing a portfolio of +100 services and applications with the help of a direct-reported international marketing team.
    Synchronizing with sales executives, product management, business intelligence, to establish priorities and plans and sales plans.
    My partners were Orange Group, Vodafone Group and their subsidiaries across France, Spain, and French Speaking countries in Africa plus content providers such as Universal music, RTL Group, etc.

    Our offer was about music, games, videos, infotainment, Community, Chat, Dating, SMS/MMS wholesale, Web-to-mobile services

    Managing +5 sales team and +10 marketing managers. Revenues reached M€12 in 2008.
