En résumé

Currently working as an HR Business Partner Intern in Pirelli, I provide support to managers of several areas in R&D, in the implementation of all major HR related processes, such as Performance and Talent Management, Salary Review, Recruitment, Management Plan, Organizational Restructuring, Expatriation/Repatriation.

Plus, I have acquired experience in Training, Stress and Change Management during my double diploma in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology, obtained from the universities of Paris and Valencia.

Having lived in four countries, and speaking six languages (Portuguese, English, French, Italian, Spanish and German), I believe I am particularly suited to work in organizations with a strong international culture.
