    Encana Deep Panuke Gas Platform in Canada

    • Contract execution and follow up; Review and validation of change orders
    • Monthly Project Financial forecast in liaison with Project Manager/Project Controls for Top Management
    • Monthly Cash Planning Report in coordination with central treasury division
    • Ensuring project taxation is properly handled in conjunction with Tax Counsel
    • Supervision of Assistant Business Controller

  • Amadeus sas - PROGRAM BUSINESS CONTROLLER – MARKETING DIVISION CONTROLLER

    Sophia Antipolis 1999 - 2008 2005 – July 2008 PROGRAM BUSINESS CONTROLLER – MARKETING DIVISION CONTROLLER
    Responsible for the financial follow up of the Star Alliance Project (Chicago, Nice, Munich, Sydney and London) with a total investment of 150 Million Euros and 110 Million Euros yearly - Responsible for the Airline Business Group Division follow up
    • Implementation of regular cost/revenue control measures to identify gaps between project plan and project realization
    • Preparation of Monthly performance reports for senior management (Project Decision Committee)
    • Production of yearly updates of the program business case
    • Collection of revenue data during the development phase
    • Review of variances with team members to assure consistency between project planning and costs
    • Coordination and preparation of budgets, forecasts and Long Term Plan
    • Analysis and reporting: implementation of business performance reports

    1999 – 2004 BUSINESS CONTROLLER
    Responsible for capitalization of internally developed software at Group level
    • Preparation of annual budget: 40 Million EURO to 70 Million EURO
    • Assessment of impact on the group consolidated accounts
    • Analysis of man-days resources per project; documents compilation; forecasting; interfacing with Project and Product Management teams
    • Monthly reporting in compliance with IAS & IFRS
