Identified improperly heat treated beta annealed titanium forgings on the F-22 Raptor resulting in cost savings ($12 million US) for the primary customers, Boeing and Lockheed Martin. Performed mechanical and welding inspection as well as Quality System management of large scale sub-assemblies for the F-22 Raptor fighter jet and various other NASA and U.S. Department of Defense programs (Space Shuttle, Russian NK-33 rocket engines, SM3, EKV, MKV, ABL, Titan, Atlas V, Minuteman..etc.).
