    2010 - 2011 I had the overall responsibility for the merger of the Arrow ECS Nordic Oracle and Sun businesses. I designed and deployed a new Go To Market strategy with a new business unit structure based on this merger. I lead a business unit concisting of 26 highly skilled seniors - split across the four Nordic countries and managed by four local business managers.

    SMG Distribution was a leading distributor of IT-products and services in Scandinavia with an annual turnover above EUR 750 million in 2004. SMG was voted the best IT-distributor in Denmark for three years in a row from 2003-05 by Computer Reseller News.
  • Arrow ECS - Business Development Manager - Sun Microsystems

    2005 - 2007 Developing DNS' and Sun Microsystems new Sun Intel server and midrange storage business. Revitalizing old Sun partners and recruiting, engaging and developing new Sun partners with focus on this new part of the Sun product portfolio. Managing the entire value chain from lead generation and lead management to final negotiations with the end customers in order to win new business hand in hand with the partners.
  • Rosler Distribution - Account Manager - Central & Northern Europe

    2002 - 2005 Responsible for an account portfolio counting 15 major IT distributors and resellers in Europe and the USA plus a few suppliers in Asia. Selling and buying options for high-end server and storage systems.

    Villepinte 1999 - 2002 Responsible for the sales in Denmark and for building a new sales team in collaboration with the Danish country manager. Planning go to market strategies and partner programs for Denmark. Participating in the strategic product development on a Nordic level.
