Tout au long de ma carrière dans les services généraux et l'immobilier, j’ai collaboré avec des équipes globales internationales aux Etats-Unis, en Asie-Pacifique ainsi qu’en Europe sur des projets immobiliers.
Après 16 ans d'expérience, mon rôle actuel et principal met l'accent sur la définition et la mise en œuvre d'une stratégie immobilière.
J’ai une expertise sur le concept Cisco de l’environnement de travail connecté (une approche innovante qui intègre l'environnement, la technologie et la politique des espaces afin de répondre aux besoins d'un effectif global en rapide évolution). J’ai livré un certain nombre de projets en Europe, notamment à Paris, Bruxelles, Copenhague et Oslo.
Je suis passionnée par mon travail, j’ai une attitude positive en toute circonstance et je suis capable de gérer les situations difficiles et de conflit. Je suis également proactive et prête à relever de nouveaux défis.

Throughout my career in Facilities Management and Real Estate, I collaborate with international global teams in the US, Asia-Pacific and European markets on Real Estate projects.
After 16 years of experience, my current and main role focuses on defining and implementing a Real Estate strategy.
I am a subject matter expert on the concept of the Cisco Connected Workplace (an innovative approach to workplace design which integrates the environment, technology and policy to support the needs of a rapidly evolving global workforce) and delivered a number of major projects in Europe, including Paris, Brussels and Oslo.
I work with passion, have a positive attitude and I am able to handle challenging and conflict situations. I am also pro-active and open to take new challenges.

    Principal Responsibilities:
     Facilities Management and coordination (team of 25/30 people): cleaning, maintenance, technical,
    reception, mail services, meeting rooms, concierge services;
     Project management and suppliers coordination: renovation, construction, layout, creation of
    Demo spaces (Telepresence, RTBC, Labs);
     Conduct real estate and financial analysis, propose options and recommendation to the business ;
     Participate to real estate building search and negotiation ;
     Manage and coordinate the France tender process (catering, FM) ;
     Client Account Management ;
     Financial management and control : annual budget of 11 772 000 € projects excluded ;
     Implementation of ISO 14001 (analysis, procedures to put in place, audit) ;

    Principal Responsibilities:
     Build client relationships at a country, regional or theatre level through structured and consistent engagement model ;
     Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to manage the client relationship at a senior level (SVP, VP, Director) ;
     Collaborate and Partner with US based CRM team to ensure closed-loop with regard to client discussions, strategies and to resolve alignment discrepancies ;
     Collaborate and Partner with WPR COE (Center of Excellence) who manage execution of all FM, Real Estate and Capital Program Management contracts ;
     Cross-functional collaboration with support functions such as regional Finance Controllers, Human Resources, IT infrastructure managers, M&A managers, Security, Business Resilience,
     Act as the interface between the Business Operations and EMEAR Leadership teams with the key decision makers who shape Cisco’s Real Estate investment strategy ;
     Accountable for workplace services and solutions at all delivery stages ;
     Educate, communicate, and set expectations with clients relative to Cisco and Industry trends, policies, standards, corporate directions ;
     Define and implement a Real Estate strategy ;
     Responsible for the ongoing management and optimization of building space for their assigned portfolio which includes: review of local demand requests and occupancy data, conducting space walkthroughs, making decisions on space solutions, approving move requests, and resolving space escalations ;
     Lead change and reinforce change management strategy/plans to drive consistency and adoption within the workplace ;
     Evaluate and report on the performance and gaps of the Next Generation Cisco Connected Workplace program.
