  - Transfert of the network/firewalls incident management and Service Desk from a Polish partner to a Belgium one
  - Outsource the worlwide network and firewalls change management to a Belgium Partner (NSOC)
  
  For all theese transitions:
  - Transition strategy definition and set-up.
  - Definition, implementation and conduct of change for the ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Knowledge, Security, Availability, Capacity and SLA)
