• New product Launch: Drive the Launch plan & Go-to-Maket plan with country marketing & sales, promotional and launch event organization, training plan.
• Supply Chain: provide the forecasts country by country in order to ensure the manufacturing & stock availability in Regional DC, define the substitution strategy of the old product, ramp-up & ramp-down for major countries.
• Content creation coordination: Marketing, communication & Digital tools deployment. Ensure the country launch strategy adaptation, launch means and budget.
