- Management and development of the company’s Deal Flow
- Deal Management, from the origination to the closing:
- Redaction of company and market presentations as well as business plans ;
- Enterprise and asset valuation, using several methods (multiples, DCF…) ;
- Price negotiation with investment funds and corporate buyers ;
- Financial engineering for leveraged operations (debt raising and structuring) ;
- Redaction and negotiation of Letters Of Intent and Guarantees of liability ;
- Recruitment of new Directors for several acquired companies
- Training and management of 3 junior managers ;
- Set up and management of the Northern Europe office in Brussels :
