    RUEIL MALMAISON 2012 - maintenant This position is dedicated to support the Digital Transformation within Novartis and especially in the Business Mobility field. As Sales and Marketing tools have been going more and more mobile, thanks to the Technology development. My role is to coordinate the implementation and the relationship between the Corporate Global and Local. Also to take part in the "seeking innovation" brainstorming process. The business potential in Mobility Solution is huge and we are just at the beginning.

  • Novartis - New Technologies Local Stakeholders Team (LST) Lead

    RUEIL MALMAISON 2011 - maintenant In addition with my position as Learning Technologies Manager, I was appointed to the position of leading the New Tech LST in March 2011. The LST is a cross-department structure dedicated to manage all planned digital marketing projects of the French CPO (Country Pharmaceutical Organization). The role consists of :
    - getting the digital projects managed as a business model.
    - defining a tactical vision on how to set up and manage a digital marketing project in order to gain in productivity, in expertise and in visibility.
    - setting up processes and tools to help the support department to achieve these objectives.
    - negotiating with legal, regulatory people to get the compliance Standard Operating Procedure requirement lighter.
    - mutualizing ressources to help similar projects to get better time to market.
    - capitalizing experience and knowledge to avoid the "reinventing the wheel " pitfall.

    RUEIL MALMAISON 2009 - 2012 This new position is quite similar to the previous one but the scope. I am now in charge of developping not only learning technologies system and strategies for internal use but also for our stakeholders.

    The challenge is setting up, from scratch, a Novartis learning technologies offers and services that match our stakeholders needs and expectations

    RUEIL MALMAISON 2007 - 2009 After having successfully designed and implemented the company elearning system, I was promoted to this new position. My job is developping new learning strategies and tools that fit in the company business objectives .
    "Meet the need!" was my motto. I was very careful in identifying and defining the end user needs before choosing any tools……otherwise in the end, it may be a bit like trying to put the toothpaste back into the tube!

    RUEIL MALMAISON 2005 - 2007 By September 2005, I got the opportunity of setting up, with my Project Team, the whole distance learning system dedicated to the continous training of our Field Force. Starting from scratch, it was quite a challenge, considering that Senior Managers expected the system to be rolled out just one year later. Although we had to move forward without delay, we were determined not to hurry at the expense of quality.
