As HR Business Partner I am in charge of HR projects and HR engineering.
- I contribute actively to the development of HR tools and processes in the context of the "GPEC" (employment management) and Talent management formalizing Job Mapping, directory of occupations, skills framework, career path, sucession plan etc, and gathering information through workshops.
- I am also, involved in change control regarding strategic re-organisations, providing HR appropriated tools and contributing to the organisation, communication and animation of seminars, training, coaching, 360° and team building.
- In contexts of restructuring, I work on in-house reclassification.
- I support Managers in their operational roles to manage effectively employee relations issues (Job Description, Grade review, Performance appraisal, Salary review, Developement plan, Training plan, Recruitment, etc.).
- Wherever necessary undertake appropriate HR casework providing HR advice and information to Managers.
- Under the direction of the HR Business, I produce reports including recommendations based on appropriate qualitative and quantitative analysis (mobility, headcount, survey, etc.)
- I deliver Master plan, synthesis and presentations on a range of HR related topics.
