  • STMicroelectronics - Production Control & Procurement Manager

    2011 - 2016 Includes 4 main functions :

    Production planning management :

    To build the 1 year production plan, answering to the internal customer demand, and optimizing the production ressources (people, equipments).
    To provide the best customer service and to ensure the daily interface with internal customers and supplying department.
    To participate to the 2 years production plan.
    To keep under control the different planning parameters : cycle time, Just In Time level, products codification, ...

    Shop Floor management :

    To provide a daily follow-up of the production, in order to reach the targets issued from the 1 Y production plan.
    To coordinate the different production areas for keeping a lean production flow.
    To define the production priorities based on different parameters (customer priorities, WIP management, bottleneck management, ...)

    Data quality and supply chain management :

    To keep under control the supply chain dashboard of the site (WIP management rules, cycle time, GPAO system, production plan conformity, ...)
    To implement a corrective action plan when necessary.

    Procurement management :

    To provide the best service to the industrial operations (no interrupt to production, coherent stock level, ...) & to optimize the procurement parameters and indicators in relation with the suppliers (stock value, turn, In time deliveries, ...).
    Procurement perimeter : silicon & substrate, metal & quartz, chemical products, spare parts for equipments, consumable parts.
  • STMicroelectronics - Production Control Manager

    2007 - 2011 Includes 3 main functions :

    Production planning management :

    To build the 1 year production plan, answering to the internal customer demand, and optimizing the production ressources (people, equipments).
