Welcome on my profile,

After 5 years working at Orangina Schweppes International located in the Netherlands I am currently looking for my next challenge in Paris.

In Amsterdam, I had the opportunity to have different positions such as general accountant, financial controller and back office responsible for the implementation of SAP in 5 business units.

I am seeking for working in an international, fast moving and challenging environment where I will be able to fully use the skills I acquired and keep growing as a professional.

    SAP implementation -Back Office leader for 5 companies (NL/PL/ZA/KE/NG):
    - Link between consultants and local team to identify/challenge local legal needs vs ‘Core model’
    - Collection and translation of existing back office data into the new system target value
    - Training and testing session animation with result analysis (SolMan tool)
    - Responsible for AP/AR/FA/GI-IR/Open item migration
    - Support in monthly closing in the new SAP tool, problem identification and solution plan

    Environment:
    - Budget, 2 forecasts (F4+8/F8+4), 4 quarterly projections, mid-month & end of month estimate

    Financial reporting (consolidation 4 entities) :
    - Monthly closing in HFM from SAP data load to financial reporting to Group
    - Commercial KPI’s ( P&L: area, country, customer, brand level)
    - ICP declaration of 4 entities with 10 entities
    - SAP-HFM reconciliation and responsible for SAP-HFM mapping (FDM)

    Indirect cost controlling ( consolidation 4 entities in Amsterdam, Warsaw, Valencia, Barcelona)
    - Construction of budget/forecast and explanation of P&L variances
    - Creation of controlling area for 3 entities
    - Reporting to 14 cost center owners
    - HR and accounting contact for people costs (confidential information)
    - Responsible of ICP cross-charged/to be recharged costs

     Accounting:
    - Responsible for all payroll journal processing (incl. ICP transactions )
    - Balance sheet reconciliation: trade debtors/creditors, specific accruals
    - Marketing and indirect costs: P&L and BS analysis
    - Intercompany AP/AR balance reconciliation
    - Fixed assets management : creation, depreciation run, follow up cost per project
    - Cash allocation and bank reconciliation
