  • Le Barthélemy Hotel & Spa - Agent de réservations

    2018 - 2019 Le Barthélemy Hotel & Spa in Saint-Barthélemy, French West Indies, is a five star hotel that has been completely rebuilt within 8 months after the hurricane Irma destroyed the property in September 2017.
    I got a training on how to use the 'Opera' software, which is used by the whole hotel industry. In charge of managing the room reservations that would come by email, phone, corporate website chat and internet platforms as, Expedia, (Small Luxury Hotels). I also had to process the payments. I would recommend and sell customised stays to the customers according to their needs. I was in charge to send a weekly status of the hotel occupancy to the manager in order to enable marketing to change prices and maximise the rentability of the hotel.

    NEUILLY SUR SEINE 2018 - 2018 JFKA Agency is a small but very agile and dynamic communication agency specialised in the real estate industry. The agency is in charge of a dozen clients situated in France. The agency offers services of visual identity (logo, corporate identity and style guide), institutional communication (brochures, catalogues), event communication (media plans, strategic actions) and selling communication (brochures, billposting, handouts).
    I was in charge of analysing the clients needs according to a budget in order to build a communication strategy and recommend a customised media plan. Media plans would include print : brochures, flyers, posters, stickers, digital : SMS campaigns, Native Ads, online banners... and communication actions (handouts, get togethers).
    I managed the execution of the media plans with all the exterior contractors and was the guardian of plannings and budgets. My job included also the conception and creation coordination with the internal creation studio. My main client was Nafilyan & Partners and I was managing up to 7 media plans at the same time.
    My job also included a regular audition of new contractors aiming to offer innovative and up to date campaigns and communication actions.

    2016 - 2017 Established in 1958, AWP Windows & Doors is a manufacturer of impact and non-impact aluminum and vinyl windows and doors for the Florida and Caribbean residential and light commercial market. The company sells its products through a network of dealers and distributors such as Lowe’s and The Home Depot.
    I help build out the marketing department and lead the marketing positioning, strategy and communications for AWP. I re-designed every marketing materials like rolling banners, flyers, business cards, web banners, brochures and I also lead the website refresh according to the new brand guidelines I have created and recommended. I implemented monthly communication to our customers and prospects through email campaigns in order to build a relevant, durable relationship with them. These campaigns include a newsletter that I created compiling exclusive interviews, news and information from the construction industry, promotional coupons, holiday office closing notices and more.

    2014 - 2015 Apptigo is a creative agency and mobile app developer. The first app in Apptigo’s portfolio, which was introduced to market in June 2014, is SCORE TM, an interactive dating game that allows people to determine their compatibility through answering entertaining and engaging questions. Having acquired the intellectual assets of 6K Games in August 2014, the Company’s portfolio of online and mobile apps continues to grow.

    I was responsible for the application to get known first locally and, in the future, around the world. In charge of the public relations and getting in touch with local journalists specialized in dating and entertainment. Development of Score online; though I managed the strategy online thru the social networks. I handled the Twitter and Facebook campaigns that have been launched recently. Liaising with the advertising agency based in Los Angeles, CA.

    Defining and implementing the company’s marketing strategy on social networks and managing the company’s e-reputation on the web. Animating and promoting the Coyote Community in France and in Europe by recruiting fans, implementing contests, events and a solid posts schedule. Client Relationship Management on social networks and the web. Data and KPIs monitoring and analysis. Management of 2 community managers and the company’s advertising agency.

  • JWT - Account manager

    Neuilly-sur-Seine 2011 - 2013 WPP is the 1st worldwide advertising group. Account Executive for 7 leading brands: managed and coordinated 6 prescription and non-prescription Bayer products: elaboration of the brand platforms, set-up of 360° events relayed on social networks, set-up of CRM programs and animated the client base. Managed and coordinated digital, TV, radio and print campaigns with the creative department and strategic planning team. Managed 2 interns. Shell: recommended and created online games and contests.     Paris 2010 - 2010 Strategic and operational management of TV, print and 360° campaigns for Dove (Unilever). I was the international coordinator between the account team based in London and the creative team based in Paris. Production of dozens of animatics in English, realization of presentation decks for weekly creative presentations. In charge of organizing and preparing the weekly status for both teams, split the work between London and Paris, organizing pre-production meetings in the Paris office.
    Nestlé Nutrition: Managed and coordinated the conception, realization and airing of 3 films for TV and monitored of the online CRM program.
