- Negotiation of the legal documents (EFET, GTMA, ISDA, CPMA, CSA, CER Agreement and SCoTA) especially the credit clauses in collaboration with customers and Legal Department;
- Compliance process, resulting to collect official information on these customers;
- Follow-up of commitments in term of credit risk on a daily basis;
- Training of juniors / mid-careers / seniors in contracts negotiation and decision-making in order to open the limits.

- Credit Risk Management
2003 - 2008Credit Risk Manager:
- Specification and validation of internal data-processing tool for the follow-up of credit lines, corresponding commitments and contracts;
- Production and analysis of reports for the follow-up of commitments in term of credit risk on a daily basis;
- Setting up in production of the evolutions of credit risk calculations for the Gaselys counterparts (new market, new deal type);
- Drafting of credit line request in close link with the Front Office teams of Gaselys, as well as the follow-up of these requests;
- Negotiation of the legal documents especially the credit clauses;
- Realization of "due diligence" on the activity of customers (KYC process);

- Management of Margin Call of GASELYS (contact with clients, checking/correction of calculation, management of back office and treasury problems) and validation of data-processing tool developed for this follow-up;
- Validation of data-processing tool for calculation of regulatory ratio corresponding to banking standard for assistance with management.
