    - Management of a 800 000 SGD annual marketing budget
    - In charge of several Home Brand ranges (annual turnover of 450 millions SGD)
    - Management of a Marketing Executives team
    - Development of the products’ Marketing Mix (from strategy to tactical activities):
    • Specifying market requirements to develop targeting and segmentation plans:
    - Conducting and analyzing market researches
    - Driving competitive intelligence: Internet, point of sales, economic literature
    • Implementing marketing plans:
    - Coordinating projects with suppliers, sales, R&D, merchandising, logistics, PRs and quality
    - Managing external third parties: BTL and Design agencies, market research agencies.
    • Analyzing products performances through sales dashboard (Sales reports, Nielsen panels) and brand KPIs (IPSOS)

    Key achievements:
    • Successful launch of a wide organic range of cosmetic products: 10 products accredited “Cosmebio” with an objective of 2 millions SGD turnover
    • Launch of a brand new Parabens free Sunscreen cream range for summer 2010
    • Organization of a promotional event for baby products in association with Bledina brand (Nestlé)
    • Packaging redesigning of a whole baby products range (+10% growth versus year above)
