    - Roadmap definition, development strategy, hiring & retention plan.
    - Developments, evolutions, reuse and maintenance of Software Techno-Bricks for Set Top Boxes.
    - Worldwide roll out of a complete Set Top Box Middleware reaching dozens of customers over than 3 million units. From SD/HD zapper/DVR products (all types of network) to end-to-end solutions (IPTV live, VOD, Push VOD…), each product is strongly customized (Set of features, Network adaptations, User interface)
    - Planning, coordination and tracking of Middleware and UI developments & integrations (including external bricks integration as Web Browsers, Flash Players, web portals) on different OS and platforms.
    - Follow up consistency, quality and milestones of Software deliveries.
    - Partners / Contractors management and follow up.
    - Involvement in customer product definition.

    - More than 1 million STBs deployed at the end of 2006 with this software stack.
    - R&D team setup in France and in China reaching 20+ engineers.
    - Put in place strong development processes based on CMM with high level of visibility.
  • Thomson - Project Manager

    Courbevoie 2002 - 2003 - STB Project management for Retail Market.
    - From the specifications to the acceptance, management of complete software stack developed by a Software partner (more than 20 engineers) in order to reach a worldwide STB Retail market deployment on several platforms.
    - Complete a product range to address main price segment through several distribution channels.
    - Define then develop new references for very low cost market.
    - Integration of several Conditional Access stacks.
    - 2 products were awarded “test winners” by two magazines in Germany.
