    Suresnes 2012 - 2013 In addition to my previous role, I took the responsibility of the global activity of Customized Solutions for Professional Indoor Luminaires. I am accountable for business development, which I do by regularly visiting sales team and customers in Europe. Target is to reach 1,9M€ value for special products in 2013 (was 250k€ in 2012). I also implement specific actions/changes in order to help the industrial site move from high quantities manufacturing to specific & complex production.ppm are in the targets and our hit rate is 50%.
  • Philips - R&D Manager - Engineering To Order Department

    Suresnes 2010 - 2014 I manage a department of five experienced technicians and engineer. Our goal is to answer specific requests from international customers, by developing and industrializing special luminaires. In order to face important amount of complex requests, I had to put in place a new way of working. After a few months, department was considered as a model by central management; 13M€ supply value, 95% of the 700 annual requests are answered within 48h, complaints and ppm are in the targets and our hit rate is 50%.
