    NextGenTel (Norway): Technical leader. Deployment and specification of a national residential SIP solution. Editing between Cisco London and I of an interconnection document between a PGW in call control mode and NetCentrex SoftSwitch H323.

    Eircom (Ireland): Trunking, IpCentrex and MyCall technical leader. Management of the Cisco technical part involved in Eircom project. Global Architecture, Numbering Plan, CDR, SNMP, web integration specifications including Cisco aspects.
  • NetCentrex - Project Engineer

    2003 - 2004 France Telecom: deployment of an IpCentrex solution called «e-téléphonie Grands Comptes» during ten months.
    I was responsible for the deployment of 3 sites: validation, migration and production. I was involved in all the project phases beginning with the installation, the integration, the qualification and reporting of bugs, the application of specific developments, the technical assistance on sites. I had also to prepare weekly meetings in order to follow up the technical progress and to train the validation and exploitation teams.

    Lyse (Norway): First MyCall residential deployment of the 3.5 NetCentrex SoftSwitch release: Triple-play solution with voice mail function, customer self-care GUI, Interactive Voice Response servers for network announcements, DTMF activation codes.
    Trouble shooting courses and production assistance.
