    - Deploy lean management tools, including 5S program, tier meetings, leader standard work, DMAIC, VSM, visual management system (dashboards, KPI) to increase Q/D/C performance.
    - Reduce manufacturing lead-time via planning tools improvement (-30 %) and enhance SAP usage for standardization purposes and speed.

    Le Pont de Claix 2007 - 2013 - Manage the growth in regards to the procurement strategy (400 suppliers resources for about 700 tools) via expending the supplier molding capacity over a 5 years horizon and related capital needs (10 M$).
    - Define component assembly strategy (Make or Buy) and initiate projects to implement future flows.
    - Analyse and communicate component forecasts to the top 15 global suppliers (160 M$ spends / year) covering all 5 plants requirements (US, MX, UK, JP & FR) over 24 months using SAP.
    - Coordinate globally SOP families, define inventory levels, implement alternate supply flows
    - Lead a 6-Sigma project to issue supplier forecasts in a shorter processing time (-30 %)
    - Coordinate the implementation of the planning best practices within a global team of 15 people.

    VELIZY VILLACOUBLAY 2003 - 2007 - Drive the S&OP monthly Supply Review, the Master Production Schedule and the Detailled Scheduling, including the management of two planning technicians.
    - Lead a MRP-II (Manufacturing Resources Planning) project resulting in a plant certification in July 06.

    - Implement the first stage of the Total Preventive Maintenance, ie the cleaning routings operations.
    - Install new equipments and transfer production lines for a 3 M€ annual budget.
