    2010 - maintenant The EIPM was created in 1990 by top global blue chip organisations to develop research, education and training.
    The EIPM is today considered as one of the leading educational centres in Strategic Sourcing and supply management in the world.
    I am now in charge of launching a new subsidiary of EIPM in Shanghai in order to help our customers to improve their procurement departments in China and implement world class sourcing practices for their local teams.
    The objective is to deploy the complete EIPM certification process in China, including in company training and MBA program.
    In the short term, the EIPM will deploy some training modules in different cities throughout China.
    Our aim is to support the sourcing strategy implemented by our customers worldwide with local sourcing bureau.

    2007 - 2010 • Sourcing Budget: 360 M€ /year
    • Restructuring of the Policy and Organisation for Fibres Sourcing (Pulp, Linters…), including Green Strategy.
    • Management of Supply Chain for the 15 European Mills
    • Management of Administrative Team (4 persons): Custom clearance, VAT, Invoicing…
    • Management of Technical Savings Plan in order to reduce TCO for fibres consumption
    • Worldwide coordination of Sourcing Strategies (US, China, South America)
